What is Resurrect ERP?
A complete business management system we designed, built and run in Hong Kong. Sales orders, quotations, invoicing, CRM, accounting with trial balance, HR and payroll, warehouse with stock control, projects and files — one login, one database, no spreadsheets glueing it together.
Does it really have an AI assistant?
Yes. Ask "who owes me money" or "what needs my attention today" in plain language and it answers from your live books — receivables, overdue invoices, month-to-date collections, open orders and new leads. The answers come from your real data, not guesses.
Can my clients log in themselves?
Yes. The client portal lets each customer see their own invoices and statements as PDFs, and accept or decline quotations directly — you get notified the moment they decide.
Does it support FPS payments?
Yes. Invoices can carry a Faster Payment System QR code with the amount and invoice reference embedded, so customers pay by scanning with any Hong Kong bank app. Payments are then recorded against the invoice.
Is my data in Hong Kong?
The production system runs on Microsoft Azure in the South India region with Hong Kong operations oversight, and we can deploy to the Azure region of your choice. Your data is yours — full export anytime, no lock-in.
